Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 5, 2025

  • Made-to-Order Items: All products are custom made for each order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or color selection.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, description, and photos of the issue.

    • If eligible, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Unclaimed/Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

  • Legal Compliance: Our policy complies with consumer protection laws in all countries where we operate. Refunds or replacements are provided for faulty or misdescribed goods, but not for change of mind or non-faulty items.
